Qi Life Planner Weekly Inserts — Printable Dual-Calendar Daily Pages (PDF Download )

A fully dated, printable daily planner that follows both the Gregorian calendar and the traditional Chinese Solar calendar — start whenever you want. Each planner covers 3 months, and you choose the start month at checkout, so you're never stuck waiting for January or wasting pages on a year that's already half over.

This listing is for the WEEKLY planner pages (inserts) only. It does not include a front/back cover or binding — these are designed to be printed and added to your own discbound system, binder, or cover of choice.

Every page shows the date, day of the week, the day's zodiac animal and elemental energy (like "Yin Wood Boar" or "Yang Fire Rat"), and its traditional day-officer designation (such as "Well/Close" or "Wing/Open") — real almanac (Tong Shu) data, not decoration.

New to date selection? Watch our free Chinese Date Selection Workshop first — it'll teach you how to read your daily zodiac and elemental energy and choose favorable dates for the things that matter. Then use your Qi Life Planner to put it into practice, every single day.

Layout 1 — Gratitude Edition

Set your Top 3 Priorities for the day, then close it out with guided gratitude prompts: what you're grateful for, what brought you joy or satisfaction, and your win of the day — no win is too small. A dot-grid notes section gives you room to journal or jot down thoughts. Each page is dated on both the Gregorian and Chinese Solar calendars, with the day's zodiac animal, element, and almanac designation. Covers 3 months from your chosen start month.

Great for: gratitude practice, evening reflection, mindful goal-setting

Layout 2 — Hourly Planner Edition

Pairs your Top 3 Priorities and a dot-grid notes section with a full hour-by-hour schedule from 7am to 8pm, so you can block your time and stay on track all day. Each dated page carries its Chinese zodiac day and traditional day-officer energy. Covers 3 months from your chosen start month.

Great for: busy schedules, appointment tracking, time-blocking

Layout 3 — Balance Edition

A clean, two-column layout for organizing tasks side-by-side, with space up top for appointments or notes. Wrap up your day with two simple prompts — what brought you joy today, and what you're grateful for. Dated on both the Gregorian and Chinese Solar calendars, with the day's zodiac animal, element, and almanac designation. Covers 3 months from your chosen start month.

Great for: minimalists, side-by-side task organizing, quick daily use
